Yes — for any structure requiring inspection (barns, sheds over a certain size, decks, additions, window changes, etc.), we can manage the permitting process to ensure compliance with local building ordinances.

Absolutely. For interior remodeling, framing adjustments, drywall, and flooring, we evaluate existing material types, structural loads, and age of the home to ensure seamless integration.
What’s the difference between a pole barn and a free‑style barn?
A pole barn uses deep-set posts for structural support.
A free‑style barn is customized — shape, dimensions, roofline, and layout are fully designed around your needs instead of standard templates.
Can you install windows and doors in older homes that have non-standard openings?
Yes. We frequently work with older homes where openings have shifted or are non-standard. We can re-frame, square the opening, and install custom-sized units when necessary. Just call- We have someone for everything!
What precautions do you take with concrete work in extreme temperatures?
We monitor temperature and use techniques such as adding accelerators, covering slabs, adjusting water ratios, and scheduling pours during ideal windows. This ensures proper curing for driveways, patios, walkways, and slabs.
Do you work directly with condo boards, HOA/COA committees, and property managers? What types of projects do you handle for associations?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with boards and property managers to streamline approvals, scheduling, resident communication, and site access. We can attend walkthroughs, provide board-ready documentation, and help keep everyone aligned from planning through punch list.

We support both common areas and unit-related work (as permitted by association guidelines). Typical association projects include:

Exterior & structural: framing repairs, barn/shed structures (where applicable), decks, patios, concrete, gutters
Building envelope: windows and doors (common area entrances and/or unit windows per scope)
Interior/common areas: drywall repairs, painting, flooring, interior remodeling
